Real Estate, Inc. (DREI) is a commercial brokerage firm with management
and development functions. Based in Washington, DC, the firm was
founded in the late 1970s by its current president, Edward A. Demers.
Mr. Demers is the firm's principal broker. He supervises a staff of
agents, property managers, and administrative personnel.

buildings, commercial mixed-use buildings, retail properties, and land.
